Thaicom Showcases Capabilities on the International Stage at the 3rd APSCO LDF — Joining Forces with ONDE to Advance a Sustainable Space Economy for Developing Countries

Bangkok 3 December 2025 Thaicom Public Company Limited took part in a major global forum, presenting space innovations and technologies at the 3rd APSCO Leadership Development Forum (LDF), held from 12 December 2025 at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.

The event was hosted by the Office of the National Digital Economy and Society Commission (ONDE) under the theme "Empowering Space Industry and Collaborating for a Thriving Space Economy for Developing Countries." The forum aimed to strengthen the space industry and foster international cooperation to drive sustainable growth of the space economy among developing nations.

At the exhibition, Thaicom showcased its satellite infrastructure capabilities and advanced space technology solutionsparticularly Globalstaraligning with global trends in the New Space Economy. The company emphasized the application of space technologies to improve quality of life, reduce inequality, and create new economic opportunities, in line with the objectives of the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO).

Thaicoms participation highlights its commitment to working collaboratively with ONDE and international partners to position Thailand as a regional hub for space technology. The initiative also supports the development of future space leaders and professionals, ensuring the nations readiness for continued growth in the space industry.
