What is the SPOT Gen4 device?
SPOT Gen4 is a personal satellite GPS messenger that allows you to stay in touch with friends, family, or your team in areas without mobile phone signal.

The main functions:
  • S.O.S.: In an emergency, you can press the S.O.S. button to send a distress signal with your GPS coordinates to the emergency response coordination center.
  • Check-in: Send a pre-set short message with your GPS coordinates to let your contacts know you are safe.
  • Custom Message: Send a custom message with your GPS coordinates.
  • Tracking: Track your route in real-time via Google Maps® and share it with others. The frequency of sending coordinates can be customized.
  • Help/S.O.V.: Request help from friends or family in non-life-threatening situations.

SPOT Gen4 uses 4 AAA Energizer® Ultimate Lithium 8x batteries, which offer long life. However, extreme hot or cold weather conditions may affect battery performance.

It is ideal for climbers, hikers, adventure tourists, or personnel working in remote areas who need a communication channel for safety.

What is the SPOT Trace device?
SPOT Trace is an asset tracking device that operates 100% via the satellite network, allowing you to track the location of assets like boats, cars, or other equipment in near real-time.

When SPOT Trace detects movement of the asset, it immediately sends an alert with GPS coordinates to your email or as an SMS, keeping you updated on your asset's latest location.

SPOT Trace uses 4 AAA batteries and also has the option for a direct 5v USB line power, enabling continuous operation.

The device is compact and easy to install. It can be hidden in various parts of an asset and comes with industrial-strength adhesive tape and a mounting bracket for convenience.
What is the SmartOne Solar device?
SmartOne Solar is a rugged, maintenance-free, solar-powered asset tracker.

Its key feature is the use of solar power combined with an internal battery, allowing it to operate for up to 10 years without maintenance or battery replacement. This makes it perfect for long-term asset tracking.

SmartOne Solar is designed to operate in harsh environments. It has an IP68/IP69K rating for dust and water protection and is also Intrinsically Safe certified for use in hazardous areas.

Users can configure various settings in detail via a computer program, such as setting up to 12 different reporting times, interval or 24-hour operation modes, low battery alerts, or geo-fencing.
